Ryan Najor Accepted In AIR FORCE ACADEMY

Ryan Najor was recently accepted into the Air Force Academy. Najor had to be nominated by Senator Carl Levin and US Representative Candice S. Miller. There were 9,700 applicants and only 1,200 were accepted. This has been a goal for Ryan for a long time. This accomplishment is a direct result of his hard work.

Cross Country teams are Academic All-State

Both the boys and girls Cross Country teams were named top ten academic teams in the state! The boys were #8 in the state with a 3.675 GPA. The girls were #10 in the state with 3.642 GPA. This was the best achievement they recieved all year and they had a great year, winning 4

Cross country 1st place at LAKERS

Saturday Sept 21, the Capac Cross Country team Traveled to Elkton Pigeon Bayport for the Laker Invitational. Capac Boys took 1st Place with 31 points, fallowed by Deckerville with 50 points and Mayville with 61 points. The Boys Cross Country Team earned the Lapeer County Championship this last Tuesday. 6 runners earned top 20 honors and they were Ryan Najor, Nick Geliske, Jordan Maday, Wes Deiner, Paul Livermore and EJ Sermo

Today the Capac Varsity and Jv cross country teams competed in the Bad Axe Hatchet Invitational. The Boys team took a first place finish for the second week in a row. Ryan Najor paced Capac with a 5th place finish with a time of 17:47. Nick Geliske placed 10th with a time of 18:05. Jordan

The Capac Cross Country team took 1st Place today in Brown City with a score of 48. The boys finished ahead of Lapeer East(55), Sandusky (65), Imlay City (96), Lapeer West (100), North Branch (149) and Memphis (174). Capac 5th Graders place at Memphis 5K

Today six middle school 5th graders placed at the Memphis 5K run. The top finishers for the girls were (left to right) Jona Mullin, Lizzy Parisot and Lillian Yert. For the boys Charlie Aldrich, Blake Revitser and Omar Navarro. Charlie Aldrich was the overall winner of all of the racers from all the schools. Good
